• →COSHH/ Food Safety level 2 or above.
• →Previous experience in a hygiene role within a food production environment.
• →Ability to supervise and support a team to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained.
• →Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks during cleaning operations.
• →Ability to identify hygiene issues, equipment damage or safety concerns and report them appropriately.
• →Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and other department such as Engineering and Production.
• →Basic numerous and literacy skills
• →Keen attention to detail
• →Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
