Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Vehicle Patrol in Colorado Springs, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, document observations, and support tenants and visitors with professional customer service. You will use communication and technology tools to report security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

• →Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific policies and security-related procedures at a commercial real estate location.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• →Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures; report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• →Document patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related observations through accurate written reports and shift communications.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
