営業部アシスタント業務

営業部員の備品管理・発送手配・機器発送手配、営業部会議の運営サポート、営業本部長アシスタント・Sales Head サポート業務を正確且つ迅速に実行する。

Field Sales Marketing 業務 営業部Loalイベントの契約書関連書類作成・外部ベンダーと連携し支払い管理業務の遂行。Field Sales Marketing チームと定期的なミーティングと進捗管理を行う。法務、HCC、購買等のファンクションとの連携し、申請・契 約・承認・文書管理を支援する。例外案件やリスクは適切にエスカレーションする。

事業本部オペレーション管理

事業本部内でのアシスタントコミュニティのガバナンス、リードを行う。 事業本部会議、タウンホール、社内イベント、オフサイト等の企画・準備・当日運営・事後対応を関係部門や外部ベンダー と連携して実行する。 事業部員の入退社・異動に伴う各種手続き、各種購買・支払い、固定資産を含む備品管理・施設管理、郵便・物流等 の事業本部共通オペレーションを正確かつ効率的に管理する。

情報・文書・アクセス管理

組織情報、配布リスト、SharePoint／イントラ等のアクセス権、共通資料および管理リストを整備し、必要な情報が適切 に共有・保管される状態を維持する。

業務改善・標準化

定型業務の可視化、手順書・テンプレートの整備、引継ぎ、デジタルツール活用を通じて、業務の標準化、効率化および 継続性向上を推進する。
