Contract Assistant, Private Banking (Client Relationship Management)

• →Plan and drive the delivery of different projects to support on-going sales business development and support front line
• →Support the implementation and execution of monitoring procedures, checklists and controls to maintain compliance with internal policies, trade rules and regulatory requirements
• →Collaborate with relationship managers, operations, compliance, risk, and technology terms to resolve day-to-day platform-related issues and support ad-hoc projects
• →Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and records for management review
• →Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency and risk mitigation

• Higher Diploma Holder or above
• Relevant experience in banking industry
• Proficient in general computer applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel) and Chinese input methods
