Responsibilities

→Manage the day-to-day operation of the Bistro and conference spaces,

→Liaise with the sales teams to ensure all event requirements, dietary needs, and service expectations are met.

→Work closely with the kitchen team to develop menus, maintain allergen information, and continuously enhance the guest offering.
→Ensure consistent delivery of excellent service and Marriott brand standards.

→Lead, coach, develop, and inspire the team, creating a positive and engaged working culture.

→Manage staffing, training, performance, and succession planning.

→Monitor costs, stock control, and departmental performance to support business objectives.
→Takes ownership of a guest complaints & problem until it is resolved

Proven experience in food & beverage and conference & events management.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Sound understanding of food safety, dietary requirements, and allergen management.

Strong computer skills with experience of purchase ordering system such as purchase warrior

Financial understanding creating schedules based on needs for the business

Knowledge of scheduling and payroll systems such as Fourth

A passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead from the front while creating memorable experiences for guests and developing a high-performing team.
