This part-time, limited-term independent contractor role focuses on creating application-based assessments that require learners to analyze facts and apply legal principles rather than simply recall legal rules. Authors will collaborate with BARBRI's content experts to develop content aligned with the NextGen exam blueprint, learning objectives, and assessment methodology.
