HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our partner, a growing organisation with a European presence, is looking for an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Volos.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to develop across recruitment, employee administration and HR reporting, gaining broad exposure to the different aspects of Human Resources.

Working closely with the HR Manager and business teams, you will help attract talent, support employees throughout their journey with the company, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

• →Manage recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing and interviews to selection and onboarding.
• →Explore different talent attraction channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and university partnerships.
• →Support employer branding initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions.
• →Coordinate HR administration, employment documentation and procedures through ERGANI.
• →Maintain accurate employee records and support HR systems and reporting.
• →Monitor key HR indicators and contribute ideas to improve processes and employee experience.

• A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Law or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, ideally combining recruitment and HR administration.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, employee data and Greek employment procedures.
• Experience with ERGANI and HRIS will be an advantage.
• Good analytical skills and confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent command of English.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
