Spire Claremont Hospital is recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Radiology Administration team on an as-and-when basis, providing cover for sickness absence, annual leave, and periods of increased demand.

Duties and responsibilities:

Based in our Imaging team your role will involve welcoming patients to the department, entering electronic inpatient bookings into our SAP based system, ensuring Theatre and Ward availability and updating the patient with confirmations and changes. You will liaise with Consultants and Medical Secretaries and provide a first-class Customer Service at all times.

✓Experience working in customer service, ideally with administration

✓A great communicator who can build a strong rapport with a range of stakeholders

✓The flexibility to work the required hours

✓You will need a passion for customer service and be someone who takes pride in what they do
