Maintenance - Janitorial

Associa is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing maintenance and repair duties for community associations, with a primary focus on exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and minor roofing repairs. This role also handles a variety of exterior maintenance responsibilities to ensure the communities we manage are maintained in a safe, functional, and professional manner.

• →Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings is maintained.
• →Perform maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• →Clean and repair building fixtures, including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• →Operate, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment as needed.
• →Maintain company-issued vehicles, including routine preventive maintenance and oil changes.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• →Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and clients.
• →Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety procedures, reporting requirements, and applicable regulations.
• →Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, including documentation, safety procedures, reporting requirements, and applicable regulations.
