Staff Accountant

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounts receivable and monthly close processes. You will oversee invoicing, payment application, collections follow-ups, and revenue reconciliations across multiple business lines. Working closely with the Accounting Supervisor and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure transactions are properly recorded, discrepancies are resolved, and financial schedules remain up to date. You will also contribute to month-end accounting entries, expense management, and the maintenance of audit-ready documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can manage recurring financial workflows while identifying issues and communicating proactively.
