QUALIFICATIONS · Read, write and speak English fluently. · Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members. · Must be passionate about caring for people and have outstanding facialist and retailing skills. · Must have attended an accredited school; a client base following is preferred but not required. · Hold Esthetic license in current state. · Outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and personable- exceeding guest expectations daily. · No team member will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.

• Esthetician license/certification as required by the state/county
• Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in a variety of skincare treatments and techniques
• Knowledge of skincare products and their ingredients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to customize treatments for individual guests
• Passion for skincare and staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Professional and friendly demeanor
