Exempt

Leads and coordinates high-quality delivery of Love Notes 4.1 across PREIS implementation sites in Bayamón and Ponce and directly implements the curriculum with participating youth, as assigned. Concentrates exclusively on youth implementation and provides day-to-day guidance, coaching, supervision, and support to youth facilitators while maintaining curriculum fidelity and participant protections.

An experienced youth facilitator and collaborative practice leader who models high-quality instruction, coaches facilitators, coordinates delivery logistics, and maintains clear boundaries between youth implementation and study evaluation.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience facilitating youth programs in social work, psychology, counseling, education, public health, or related fields.
Ability to guide, coach, supervise, and support youth facilitators in day-to-day implementation.
Ability to coordinate cohorts, schedules, materials, make-up sessions, and site coverage.
Ability to document implementation and facilitator performance and communicate fidelity concerns.
Ability to use medically accurate, age-appropriate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices and follow participant protections.
Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Health Sciences or related fields.
