Focus: EpicCare Inpatient - Behavioral Health, Long-term Care & Rehabilitation Services
The position is responsible for configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications. This role involves building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and other corporate departments to facilitate system usage and acceptance. The analyst handles complex build and configuration tasks, resolves advanced issues, and provides support to ensure reliable application system availability and performance. Additionally, the analyst designs, verifies, documents, and refactors software configurations, investigates and resolves application issues, develops and executes test plans, evaluates design options, ensures incidents are handled according to procedures.
