$85K-$102K/year + $5K sign-on/relocation bonus

HealthPro Pediatrics is growing, and we're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team to provide individualized, play-based ABA therapy in Columbus, Ft. Moore, Midland, and Fortson, GA! You’ll be part of a collaborative pediatric team with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership—all while making a meaningful difference for children and families.

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
• Monday–Friday | 8 AM–6 PM 
• Optional weekend sessions available to make up missed hours

• Play-based, assent-based, and child-led ABA
• Individualized treatment using NET and other clinically appropriate strategies
• Clinical judgment and autonomy are valued—no one-size-fits-all programming

• →Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• →Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• →Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week. 
• →Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• →Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• →Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

• Active BCBA certification and Georgia licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
