  • Facilitate collaboration between development squads and cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, and other partner teams.
  • Work closely with Product teams to organize and prioritize backlogs, ensuring requirements are clear, technically feasible, and aligned with available resources.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs to assess squad performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, support career development, and promote individual and collective team growth.
  • Manage day-to-day squad operations, including capacity planning, workflow organization, Agile ceremonies, and delivery tracking.
  • Lead alignment meetings with technical and product leadership to clarify priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain consistent execution.
  • Ensure transparent communication with stakeholders regarding delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards that provide clear visibility into squad operations, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
  • Promote the practical use of artificial intelligence across squads to support decision-making, organize workflows, improve communication, enhance software quality, and reduce delivery times.
  • Measure the impact of AI adoption on team productivity and delivery performance, encouraging effective and responsible use of these tools.
