Take ownership of paid acquisition in a fast-moving, AI-native marketing environment where experimentation and automation drive growth. As a Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead campaign strategy and execution across Meta and Google while building AI agents that streamline optimization, reporting, and budget management. You will combine hands-on media buying with data analysis, conversion rate optimization, and creative experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency. Working closely with a small paid marketing team, designers, developers, and creative strategists, you will turn performance insights into measurable business outcomes. You will also launch campaigns for new products, track the full customer journey, and optimize key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, payback period, and lifetime value. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an ambitious marketer who thrives on autonomy, embraces AI-driven workflows, and continuously looks for ways to improve performance.
In this role, you will own paid acquisition performance while developing practical AI-powered systems that make campaign management more efficient and scalable. You will balance hands-on execution with experimentation, automation, and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

Analyze campaign and audience performance to develop actionable creative briefs for creative strategists.
-
Collaborate with design and development teams to build and test paid landing pages, improve conversion rates, and reduce CPA.
-
Monitor the customer journey from initial click through activation, tracking acquisition costs, payback periods, and customer lifetime value.
-
Launch and optimize advertising campaigns for new products without historical performance data, using structured experimentation to identify opportunities.
-
Investigate performance fluctuations, diagnose CPA changes, and communicate findings clearly to leadership.
-
Allocate time across media buying, analytics, AI agent development, landing page testing, and conversion rate optimization.
