As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and improve the end-to-end digital experience for travelers, from discovering destinations and booking accommodations to planning trips, enjoying their stays, and returning for future experiences. You will take ownership of high-impact consumer product initiatives, combining customer insights, design excellence, technical understanding, and rapid experimentation to deliver measurable results. End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead consumer product initiatives from problem discovery and research through design, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

AI-Driven Product Development: Leverage AI tools and modern product technologies to transform ideas into functional prototypes and working experiences, accelerating development and reducing reliance on lengthy specification processes.

User Experience and Design Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards for product usability, visual hierarchy, interaction design, responsiveness, content clarity, and overall user experience. Create and critique user flows, interfaces, and prototypes to ensure intuitive, polished solutions.

Customer Research and Insights: Engage directly with customers, observe user behavior, analyze feedback, and interpret product usage data to identify pain points and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Consumer Funnel Optimization: Drive improvements across the entire customer journey, including discovery, booking conversion, engagement, trip planning, pre-arrival communication, in-stay experiences, and customer retention.

Experimentation and Iteration: Develop clear hypotheses, design and execute experiments, evaluate real-world user behavior, and use findings to refine product experiences and maximize business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define solutions, evaluate technical and design tradeoffs, resolve implementation challenges, and maintain alignment throughout delivery.

Technical Product Execution: Stay involved in implementation details, ensuring product decisions account for system architecture, APIs, data dependencies, technical constraints, and edge cases.

AI Integration Across Workflows: Incorporate AI into research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and execution to increase productivity, explore more solutions, and improve the quality of shipped products.

Product Performance Measurement: Track key performance indicators, assess the impact of product changes, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and future development.

Independent Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight, maintaining a strong balance between speed, quality, and customer value.
