Lead strategic client partnerships: Serve as the senior relationship owner for a portfolio of major accounts, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and aligning engagement strategies with client business objectives.

Drive account growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships, develop new service offerings, and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

Manage portfolio financial performance: Oversee account profitability, revenue growth, and financial health while maintaining a balance between client satisfaction, delivery quality, and commercial objectives.

Lead complex engagements: Provide strategic and operational oversight for large-scale client programs, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within budget, and according to agreed objectives.

Develop engagement strategies: Collaborate with department heads, discipline leads, and project teams to establish strategic priorities, define targets, and execute plans that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Build and mentor high-performing teams: Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams of 20 or more professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of curiosity and creative excellence.

Strengthen executive relationships: Expand relationships with key client decision-makers, maintain engagement beyond individual projects, and identify opportunities for deeper, long-term partnerships.

Identify emerging client needs: Anticipate challenges and opportunities that clients may not yet recognize, translating business objectives and future needs into relevant digital, creative, and technology solutions.

Ensure exceptional client service: Manage expectations, maintain strong communication, solicit client feedback, and implement improvements that strengthen satisfaction and the quality of delivered work.

Oversee resource planning and delivery: Work with engagement teams to forecast workloads, plan staffing effectively, prioritize deliverables, and ensure projects are appropriately resourced and executed.

Team leadership: Experience leading large, cross-functional teams of 20 or more professionals, with a strong ability to delegate effectively, mentor talent, and create a culture of accountability.
