As a Software Engineer III, you will contribute to the development of a critical estimating platform that enables customers to create accurate, competitive, and profitable bids. Build and maintain critical services: Design, develop, deploy, and operate scalable software solutions that support the estimating product and deliver measurable customer value.

Own systems end to end: Take responsibility for architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and ongoing operational performance.

Professional experience: Approximately four or more years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical ownership and meaningful contributions to production systems.

Backend development: Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications with C# and .NET, or closely related technologies with transferable expertise.

Frontend development: Practical experience with Angular, TypeScript, or a comparable modern frontend framework, including the ability to contribute across the application stack.

Cloud and database expertise: Familiarity with modern cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, and relational databases such as Azure SQL Server.

System design and architecture: Ability to reason about scalability, latency, consistency, reliability, and architectural trade-offs, and to document technical decisions that align the team.

Operational ownership: Experience monitoring production systems, using observability tools, investigating incidents, participating in on-call responsibilities, and implementing improvements based on operational findings.
