Senior Staff Engineer Process Integration

#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone's life.  What if your ideas could change the way the world connects, powers up, or thinks?  As a Senior Staff Engineer Process Integration in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.  Are you in?  Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Initiate/lead yield/Inline/PCM/DD and quality improvement programs  • Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard  • Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line incase of PCM/Inline/DD trend deviation/drift  • Identify product or technology, or process margin related problem and work with PI/UPS/T to resolve  • Process route creation/release and maintenance  • Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance (ruggedness and performance)  • Support new product releases, Support Production tools releases (PCRB) technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies  • To monitor and work with PI/UPS to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trends and parameters  • Lead/support Technology Synchronization  • Own/Maintenance of technology FMEA  • Deviation management Fast feedback to production in deviation with accurate analysis and conclusion  • Support/lead FEBE interface on yield, quality and reliability improvement topics with PMX group  • Provide expert knowledge on risk assessment on product quality and reliability (MRB)  • Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM  • Knowledge exchange (IFX) and knowledge transfers within IFKM  • Be able to provide support or leadership for cross SiC technology group projects Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor/Master/PhD Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry/Mechatronics with relevant experience in Technology Development/Process Integration mainly.  Added advantage if he/she worksin Silicon Carbide technologies.  Minimum 6-8 Year of working experience in Semiconductor industry preferred BE experience is accepted with higher number of years of experience with FE process UPD knowledge gaining. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
