- 2+ years of experience in Operations or Application Support.

- Experience in 2nd/3rd-line application support, with knowledge of operational procedures and participation in task automation processes.

- Experience in service level management, monitoring, and control, including problem identification and the implementation of monitoring solutions to ensure service performance.

- Experience communicating with Technical and Functional teams, as well as creating and maintaining documentation and support materials for service operations.

- Experience in analysing, documenting, and improving internal processes and tools, including incident and problem analysis and resolution.

- Experience providing 24/7 application support on an on-call basis, as well as developing tools and processes for service management.

- Strong functional analysis skills

- SQL/MySQL

- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and operating systems

- Scripting languages (e.g., KSH/Bash, Python, Perl)

- Knowledge of Ethernet networking (TCP/IP)

- Knowledge of REST APIs

- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field. 

- Basic knowledge of regular expressions and experience in process automation.

- Knowledge of ITIL and familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Knowledge of Ansible, applied to task automation and configuration management. Experience using Grafana, including dashboard creation and alerting.

- Experience with ELK Stack, Grafana, and Logstash.

- Experience creating Ansible playbooks.

- Familiarity with GitLab.

- Familiarity with IT best-practice standards and frameworks, such as ITIL and ISO 20000.
