Procurement Non Automotive Buyer

·         Follow up on requests received from business units.

·         Ensure the product delivery on time in full.

·         Identify Opportunities: Savings, Cost avoidance, Process Improvement & Complexity reduction

·         Negotiate the terms of supplier contracts and determine the service level agreement with the suppliers

·         Manage the pricing review process making sure the company is getting the Best price & Value.

·         Manage the relationship with suppliers and key stakeholders within the business, including the resolution of major supplier issues.

·         Explore the market for new suppliers to build more solid supply base and to work on analyzing the commodity procured based on Market Information Benchmarking exercises.

·         Prepare necessary reports assigned by the procurement head or the direct manager.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in fields of supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing.

Special Certification or Training Required: Problem solving – negotiation – team building – Business ethics- advanced Excel and Oracle applications

Required Industry Experience: 2-5 years

Technological Requirements: Computer Skills and Oracle Knowledge preferable

Language Requirements: Good command of English and Arabic language
