As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for a veterinary staffing marketplace, helping independent animal hospitals discover, adopt, and consistently use innovative staffing solutions. You will lead acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation initiatives, with success measured by meaningful business outcomes rather than sign-ups alone. As the first dedicated growth marketer for the hospital business, you will build the growth engine from the ground up, shaping channel strategy, budget allocation, experimentation, and performance measurement. Working closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, Lifecycle Marketing, and Brand teams, you will turn customer insights into scalable growth programs. You will optimize the hospital journey from initial awareness to the first successfully filled shift and long-term engagement. This remote-first opportunity offers significant ownership, cross-functional influence, and the chance to make a tangible difference for veterinary professionals and animal healthcare providers.

Experimentation and product collaboration: Work with Product and Growth Analytics to design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product experiments that improve sign-up conversion, onboarding, and first-shift completion.
Funnel analysis and customer insights: Identify friction points and drop-offs throughout the hospital journey by combining quantitative funnel analysis with qualitative feedback from practice owners, managers, and customer-facing teams.

Measurement and attribution: Establish a rigorous growth measurement framework covering acquisition costs, cohort activation, shift-fill rates, customer lifetime value, payback periods, attribution, and controlled experiments, including holdout groups to measure incremental impact.
Performance reporting: Communicate results, budget utilization, and key learnings to business and marketing leadership, reallocating investment toward effective programs and making data-informed decisions when results fall short of expectations.
Marketplace coordination: Partner closely with the veterinary professional marketplace team to align hospital demand generation with professional supply, prioritizing markets where both sides of the marketplace can grow sustainably.
Growth infrastructure and leadership: Build repeatable testing frameworks, operating processes, and performance playbooks that establish a scalable foundation for long-term growth while promoting continuous improvement and cross-functional accountability.
