About the Role

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will create seamless and memorable dining experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will be responsible for delivering orders with care, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring each interaction reflects warmth and professionalism. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

→Deliver food and beverage orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
→Set up and present in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and quality
→Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and wine pairings
→Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
→Accurately enter orders into the system and manage guest checks and payments
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and operational areas
→Deliver guest amenities and refresh minibars as required
→Ensure all equipment and service areas are well maintained
→Support a smooth and professional service experience from order to follow-up

Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality service preferred (1–2 years)
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Strong communication skills with good command of English
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer skills
Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset

Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
