About Khloud

Khloud is redefining the protein snack space with bold flavors, high-quality nutrition, and culture-driven branding. With our founder Khloé Kardashian, we’re building a disruptive CPG brand positioned to win across retail and digital. We thrive in our fast-paced startup environment that values a bias for action, quick decision making, and an ownership mentality.

Role Overview
This role demands a hands-on leader who can build scalable processes while executing in the day-to-day. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, commercially minded, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. The Director of Supply Chain will own Procurement, Co-Manufacturing management, Co-Man Procurement, Inventory Management, and Commercialization, ensuring we have the right product, at the right cost, in the right place. With a celebrity founder and a high-profile brand, this role carries significant visibility, and requires someone who stays composed, moves quickly, and delivers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of ingredients, packaging, and contract manufacturing services; negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements to meet cost, quality, and continuity targets.

· Build and manage the supplier base, including supplier qualification, performance scorecards, and dual-sourcing strategies for critical inputs.

· Own the strategic and day-to-day management of co-manufacturing partners, including capacity planning, production scheduling, schedule adherence, yield, and quality performance.

· Lead co-manufacturer contract negotiations, conversion/tolling cost reviews, and quarterly business reviews.

· Manage co-man procurement of raw materials and packaging across buy-sell, consigned, and turnkey models, ensuring materials are available to support production while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

· Oversee component MRP, PO placement, and material reconciliations with co-manufacturers, including scrap, yield, and inventory true-ups.

· Own inventory strategy for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging across co-manufacturers and 3PLs; set and maintain safety stock, reorder points, and days-of-supply targets.

· Drive reduction of excess and obsolete inventory, manage shelf life and code dates, and ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.

· Oversee Demand and Supply planning software (Confido) and its development to better automate and optimize forecasting accuracy.

· Oversee commercialization of new items and renovations from development handoff through first production, partnering with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Marketing to manage launch timelines, stage-gate milestones, line trials, and first production runs at co-manufacturers.

· Ensure supply readiness for launches, including ingredient and packaging sourcing, item and BOM setup, initial inventory builds, and coordinated SKU phase-in/phase-out to protect launch dates and minimize obsolescence.

· Translate the Demand Plan into an executable Supply Plan and provide supply content for monthly S&OP meetings, identifying risks and opportunities and proposing mitigation actions.

· Ensure accurate item, BOM, vendor, and inventory data in NetSuite, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain systems and processes.

· Build dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as fill rate/OTIF, inventory turns, days on hand, PPV, and cost per case.

· Partner with Finance on average costs, COGS, budgeting, and cost-savings initiatives.

· Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, and nurture trusted relationships with cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

· 8-10 years’ experience in supply chain leadership at a similar emerging or high-growth CPG brand

· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or a related discipline

· Proven experience managing co-manufacturers and procuring ingredients and packaging within a co-man model

· Experience within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG), with sweet and salty snack experience required

· NetSuite experience preferred

· Strong working knowledge of inventory management, MRP, and supply planning

· Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or similar tools a plus

· Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering cost savings

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with a celebrity founder; able to exercise discretion and maintain composure under pressure

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including senior leadership

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
