Delaware North Australia is seeking experienced Kitchenhands to join our team at Perth Airport on a casual basis. As a Kitchenhand, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency in the kitchen. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some early morning shifts.

• →Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area 
• →Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
• →Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organised and efficient workspace 
• →Take on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals
• →Execute food preparation tasks within a commercial kitchen environment, showcasing excellent food presentation skills

• Previous experience as a Kitchenhand
• Food Safety Certificate
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some early morning shifts
