Purpose of the Job
The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for driving the logistics, production oversight, and execution of physical brand activations and experiential marketing footprints. Operating entirely through external agency production networks and vendor ecosystems, you will source and manage event production teams, catering, premium venues, and localized branding kits. You will lead on-the-ground execution during critical launch windows, coordinating complex co-marketing spaces and retail pop-ups. This hands-on role requires an agile logistical professional capable of managing multi-vendor environments and delivering flawless physical experiences.
This will be a hybrid position based in company’s and client offices in Mexico City. This role will be required to be in office 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.
Key Responsibilities
Orchestrate comprehensive localized event logistics for both standalone brand experiences and joint co-marketing physical footprints.
Source, contract, and manage external event production vendors, catering partners, premium venues, and the distribution of localized branding kits.
Operate seamlessly within external agency production networks and complex vendor ecosystems to ensure all physical assets meet rigorous brand quality standards.
Lead on-the-ground, real-time execution for high-stakes experiential pop-ups, retail events, and launch windows.
Oversee physical brand activations from load-in to load-out, proactively troubleshooting on-site technical, spatial, or logistical issues to protect the attendee experience.
Collaborate closely with the broader partner marketing team to ensure physical footprints align dynamically with digital and retail launch calendars.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
3–5 years of hands-on experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, or field production—specifically managing physical brand activations and vendor networks (agency-side experience is a major plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
Native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) to effectively manage regional stakeholders and vendor pools.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively to event sites and maintain flexible hours during critical launch windows and weekend activations.
