• THE PAY & EARNINGS PACKAGE: Bring home a steady gross average of $1,300 to $1,500 per week, with top-mileage drivers hitting $1,300 to $1,800 weekly. Trainee Pay: Recent grads start at $900/week backed by a 3-month pay guarantee right after your first solo dispatch. Extra pay features $15 per stop (1,800 to 2,000 miles weekly) and monthly performance bonus eligibility.
• LANES & FREIGHT SPECS: Regional dry van dispatches running primary Western lanes across ID, MT, OR, UT, and WA along key interstate corridors (I-5, I-15, I-84, and I-90). Cargo Operations: Smooth mix of drop-and-hooks, preloads, live loads, and live unloads structured to keep regional drivers moving productively.
• HOME TIME & SCHEDULE: Flexible Home Resets: Choose your rhythm—get home every single week or stretch your runs to every two weeks. Shifts cover day and night dispatches with weekend work included. Holiday scheduling gives you the choice to keep rolling for extra cash or take scheduled time off.
• QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE TIERS:
  • Trainees Welcome: 0 months experience required if you hold a valid Class-A CDL with at least 120 hours of accredited school training.
  • Experienced Drivers: Requires 6 months of post-training OTR experience in the last 12 months, OR at least 12 months in the past 5 years. Must reside within 50 miles of approved hiring ZIP codes in ID, OR, or WA.
  • Toxicology: Passing mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine drug screens is strictly required.
