Sr. Quantity Surveyor

• →Preparation and maintenance of estimates, budgets, cost report and cashflows
• →Review and comment on Variation requests and recommendations
• →Review and provide recommendation on Consultant and Contractor Interim Payments
• →Review and comment on bids and contract award recommendation reports
• →Estimating of value engineering options and lifecycle costs
• →Analysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors cost reports and cash flows
• →Co-ordination with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors
• →Preparation of monthly and weekly reports

• BSc Quantity Surveying
• MRICS Membership an advantage
• Minimum 15 years overall experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Middle East
• Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of buildings and civil infrastructure projects including schools, mosques, parks, roads, bridges and utilities
• Experience in conceptual estimating, cost planning, expenditure profiling, cost reporting and cost forecasting
• Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user and Primavera Contracts Manager an advantage
• Fluent English both written and spoken, Arabic speaking advantageous.
