As a Lawn Care & Landscape Enhancement Technician, your primary focus will be maintaining beautiful, healthy properties through professional lawn care and landscape maintenance. You'll also have opportunities to work on landscape enhancement projects as they arise, allowing you to expand your skills beyond routine maintenance.

One day you might be maintaining a customer's property, and the next you could be helping transform that same landscape through a new installation or enhancement project.

What You'll Do

Lawn Care & Property Maintenance – Primary Responsibilities
• Perform routine lawn and landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanup.
• Operate and maintain professional landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of property appearance, quality, and attention to detail.
• Work alongside team members to complete daily maintenance schedules.
• Identify property concerns and communicate them to supervisors.

Landscape Enhancements – As Projects Arise
• Assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects based on customer needs and project schedules.
• Help install plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials.
• Assist with landscape bed renovations, property improvements, and general enhancement work.
• Transition between routine lawn maintenance and enhancement projects as business needs change.
• Learn new landscaping techniques and develop skills across multiple areas of the industry.

Additional Growth Opportunities – Lawn Treatment & Irrigation
• Assist with weed control and fertilization applications to promote healthy lawns and landscapes, with appropriate training and supervision.
• Learn to identify common weeds, turf health concerns, and treatment needs.
• Perform irrigation system inspections to identify broken sprinkler heads, leaks, coverage issues, and other system deficiencies.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing irrigation components to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Develop specialized skills in lawn treatments and irrigation services through hands-on training and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
