Sugarwish is hiring an evening-shift Print Operator for our Custom Shop in Englewood,
CO. You'll run our Xerox Versant 280 press to print branded product sleeves, cut and
crease them on the Duplo, and print production slips. You'll use Livery, our custom-order
system, to manage the order queue.
Sugarwish sends curated gift boxes, and many corporate orders come with custom-
branded sleeves. The Custom Shop turns each customer's logo and message into a
finished, printed sleeve. On the evening shift, you'll keep the Versant running so the next
morning's orders are printed and ready to pack. You'll work alongside the Logo Jet and fulfillment teams, and you'll often be the main print person on the floor after hours.

What You'll Do:

Order Management:

  • Apply the correct filters in Livery to pull each print batch, so no order is printed twice
or skipped. Livery marks orders as printed automatically, so the filters must be right
    every time.
  • Check every sleeve file before printing. If Livery generates the wrong size, resize it in
    the system.
  • Print the production slips for each batch, and keep slips and sleeves matched to their
    orders.
  • Flag orders with missing art or bad files, so they're fixed before the morning shift

Printing (Versant 280):

  • Run the Xerox Versant 280 to print custom sleeves in the correct quantity.
  • Check the first print and spot-check through each run for smudges, misalignment or
    color problems.
  • Keep the press clean, refill toner, clear jams, and report any problems to the lead.

Finishing (Duplo):

  • Cut and crease printed sleeves on the Duplo.
  • Check finished sleeves for clean cuts and correct folds before handing them to
    packing.

Shop flow:

  • Hand finished sleeves and their production slips to packing, labeled and in order.
  • Tell the lead before paper or toner runs low.
  • Keep the print area clean, organized and safe.
  • Leave an end-of-shift handoff for the morning team: what printed, what's left, and any
    problems.

Who you are:

  • Admin, data entry or order-management experience, or the skills to pick it up quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail. You'll catch a wrong size, a missing slip or a skipped order.
  • Comfortable using computers and web-based systems. We'll train you on Livery, the
    Versant and the Duplo.
  • Able to work on your own during the evening shift and stick to a daily print schedule.
  • Reliable and organized, especially during the holiday peak.
  • Able to lift 30 pounds

Benefits:

  • Paid Sick Time
  • Holiday Pay
  • Unpaid Time Off
  • Bereavement
  • 401(k) matching

The pay range for this position is $23-$26/ hour depending on skills and experience.
