For more than 125 years, Clemens Food Group has been guided by a simple principle: do the right thing. As a family-owned, fully integrated food company, we operate across the entire supply chain from raising livestock to delivering finished products. We combine tradition with innovation to produce quality food and build a culture where people are empowered to grow, contribute, and succeed.

At Clemens Food Group, we're looking for a Supply Chain Scheduler who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of results.

In this highly visible role, you'll coordinate livestock deliveries from our producer partners to our Coldwater facility, balancing supplier needs with plant capacity and operational priorities. Your decisions directly influence production efficiency, supplier relationships, and our ability to deliver on business commitments.

You'll collaborate across Procurement, Operations, and other business teams while developing a deep understanding of how our supply chain works. If you're someone who enjoys connecting the dots, navigating challenges, and making a measurable impact, this is an opportunity to build your career.
