Fulfilment Specialist

As Fulfilment Specialist you will be taking part in one of the most crucial parts of a Customer Journey with 1Global. You will be enabling the customer on the 1Global Network, reconfigure the customer’s setup when needed as well as help 1Global leave a last good impression when our customers are leaving

About the Role

• Process and fulfill all kinds of provisioning requests in all product lines (e.g. New sale activations, incremental sim activation, account renewals, account upgrades, many others)
• Accountability over acuracy, quality and outcome of provisioning.
• Process and monitor number portability for several countries.
• Proactively reach out to internal teams (Sales, CSM, SDM, CS) to complete requests.
• Inform requesters (internal and external) of completed requests.
• Responsible for the  SLA performance of requests.
• Run quality check audits.
• Process all termination requests as requested by other departments including applying necessary terminations fees if there are any.
• Create login credentials for users in the domains and portals necessary.
• Process bulk requests.
• Resolve blocking issues with internal teams and 3rd parties.
• Report Generation & Maintenance
• Other operational tasks related to customer requests.

• Office 365 application knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience creating and maintaining reports
• Excellent time management
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling escalated requests.
• Good communication and coordination skills

• Experience in working with Salesforce will be an advantage.
• Experience working in Telecom or network provisioning.
• Knowledge of APIs, databases or basic scripting.
• Mobile Number Portability experience
