As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with system environments to maintain stability and support business continuity through timely resolution of technical challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
