Education: BA/BS preferred in computer science, information systems, or, systems administration; OR the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience; Military and/or MTC experience preferred
Required Technical Skills:
- - Technical expertise in C4ISR systems and related technologies
  - Expert knowledge on all common MCiS platforms
  - Expert with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
  - Practical experience with account provisioning and access control
  - Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security practices
  - Experienced in configuring and maintaining networking hardware/software systems to include routers, switches and firewalls
  - Understanding of database management systems (DBMS) and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Certification: SEC+ is required
Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance is required
Required Skills and Abilities:
- - Superb communication skills;
  - strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on C4ISR systems;
  - Ability to document, report, and resolve technical issues
Location: On Customer Site/some travel required to other customer sites
