Step into a critical leadership role within our End User Computing and Workplace Services team as a Senior SCCM / Intune Infrastructure Specialist. Serving as the primary 3rd Level Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will act as the technical authority for Microsoft Endpoint Management technologies across enterprise client environments. You will ensure device fleet stability, modern compliance, seamless application deployment, and continuous security hardening for some of the world's largest organizations.

In this role, you will balance deep technical troubleshooting with client advisory and platform modernization. You will lead complex root-cause analyses, drive the evolution toward modern co-managed and cloud-native device environments, coordinate Level 2 operational teams, and partner directly with client stakeholders to translate business needs into robust endpoint architectures.

• →Act as the primary L3 escalation SME for Microsoft Intune and SCCM (MECM), owning complex incident troubleshooting, problem management, and root-cause resolution.
• →Design, configure, and maintain modern endpoint environments across Windows 10 and Windows 11 fleets, including co-management and hybrid cloud topologies.
• →Manage end-to-end software distribution lifecycles, application packaging (Win32, MSI, MSIX), and deployment rings.
• →Direct monthly patch management schedules, quality and feature update deployments, and security compliance reporting.
• →Implement and enforce device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Conditional Access integrations alongside Microsoft Entra ID.
• →Automate routine administration, compliance checks, and configuration rollouts using advanced PowerShell scripting.
• →Mentor and coordinate Level 2 operational teams, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
• →Lead technical workshops and operational governance sessions with client stakeholders, articulating technical strategies and solutions clearly.

Becoming a Senior SCCM / Intune Infrastructure Specialist at Kyndryl is an excellent gateway to many different paths. • 5+ years of enterprise experience managing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical Windows endpoint environments (Windows 10/11).
• Expert-level administration of Microsoft Intune and SCCM / MECM, including hybrid and co-managed architectures.
• Hands-on expertise in software packaging, deployment mechanisms, and application lifecycle management (Win32, MSI, MSIX).
• Demonstrated background in enterprise patch management, OS deployment (OSD), security hardening, and compliance monitoring.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), device enrollment methods, and group policies.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and task automation for administrative efficiency and system health checks.
• Proven track record as a 3rd-level technical lead, with strong stakeholder management, problem resolution, and cross-team coordination abilities.

• Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) or related credentials.
• Direct experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and cloud-native endpoint management transitions.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and global managed services environments.
• Readiness to participate in scheduled on-call rotation or out-of-hours operational support when business needs arise.
