As Creative Director, you will shape the creative vision and establish high-quality design standards across a dynamic, multi-channel marketing environment. You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring that every deliverable reflects a consistent brand identity and supports strategic business objectives. From websites, software products, and marketing campaigns to presentations, videos, and training materials, you will oversee a diverse range of creative projects. You will build scalable design systems, refine creative workflows, and introduce innovative approaches to improve efficiency and quality. By integrating AI-powered tools into everyday creative processes, you will help drive smarter decision-making and more effective production. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in developing a modern, high-performing marketing function and supporting future client-facing creative services.

Own the overall creative vision and quality standards across all marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business objectives.

Define, develop, and maintain brand identities, visual guidelines, design systems, and creative standards across multiple brands and digital platforms.

Lead creative direction for websites, landing pages, software products, presentations, videos, social media content, training materials, marketing campaigns, and product launches.

Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on creative work to ensure exceptional quality, strong visual storytelling, and consistent brand experiences.

Make final creative decisions regarding branding, visual direction, composition, typography, color, and overall design quality.

Build scalable templates, reusable assets, design systems, and efficient creative processes to support growing marketing needs.

Mentor, coach, and develop designers, video editors, and other creative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, recruitment, and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.

Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve creative workflows, accelerate production, and enhance decision-making.

Contribute to the development of future client-facing branding, marketing, and creative services.

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards, meeting deadlines, and ensuring that every deliverable communicates a clear message.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in creative design, branding, or creative leadership, including a minimum of 2 years leading or mentoring creative teams.

Demonstrated expertise in visual design, creative direction, brand strategy, visual identity development, and the creation of cohesive brand experiences.

Strong knowledge of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and design principles.

Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, digital experiences, marketing campaigns, product marketing assets, presentations, and social media content.

A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity systems, website design, marketing campaigns, product marketing, presentation design, social media creative, design systems, and creative leadership. Strategic thinking, storytelling, and consistency across projects will be particularly valued.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and Microsoft 365.

Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Runway, Perplexity, Cursor, or comparable solutions, with a willingness to integrate AI into everyday workflows.

Experience working with technology, SaaS, B2B, recruitment, software, or startup businesses is an advantage.

Proven ability to manage multiple brands, competing priorities, and creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to make confident creative decisions, provide actionable feedback, and develop team capabilities.

Additional experience in motion graphics, video production, UX/UI design, Webflow, Framer, product marketing, creative operations, project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana, or scaling creative teams is a plus.

Experience supporting client branding, marketing strategy, or creative consulting initiatives is also desirable.
