Applies the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team. Collaborates in establishing patient goals and evaluates progress to ensure effective outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to the Board of Nursing standards.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Trauma and EGS Clinic team. In this role, you will work alongside skilled trauma surgeons, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care to patients recovering from traumatic injuries.

Responsibilities

→Perform independent RN triage
→Assist providers with in clinic procedures
→Perform pre-op and post op education and follow up
→Assist patients in navigating the post-trauma discharge via care coordination
→Clinic oversight of patient follow up scheduling

RN with strong critical thinking and independent problem solving
