WWCO - Sales Demos In this role, you will expand your knowledge of ADPs HCM Product to provide support to our Sales Associates and Solution Consultants. Every task you perform will help advance a sales opportunity forward and put ADP in a position to win. You will continually upgrade knowledge and skills relating to new product rollouts, existing products and new technology to increase proficiency in support capabilities. You have more time to focus on learning because this role does not require to interact with external clients. Instead, you work deeply with Sales and Solution Consultants to further ADP Sales Growth targets. Accomplish the mission of increasing ADP sales growth by providing sales demo environment setups and functional configurations. Act as the single point of accountability to provide sales support by HCM channel. Assist Sales and Solution Consultants in the sales cycle by working through client and prospect specific scenarios, and/or suggesting additional resources or products to meet their needs. Help to identify and develop tools to be used by Sales to increase effectiveness in presenting ADP products and services.

As a Demo Analyst in Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering, you will support the configuration, testing, and delivery of product demonstrations for ADP HCM solutions across US and Global offerings. You will collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product teams, and Pre-Sales Experience teams to translate business requirements into accurate demo configurations, maintain demo environments, troubleshoot issues, and support automation initiatives.

• Familiar with SQL, programming, testing, or automation technologies.

• →Configure and customize HCM and workforce management applications based on business requirements.
• →Create and maintain product demonstrations for customer scenarios and use cases.
• →Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product teams, and Pre-Sales teams to understand demo requirements.
• →Maintain and test demo environments following deployments, product updates, and configuration changes.
• →Validate application data and troubleshoot configuration or data-related issues using SQL.
• →Document defects and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• →Create reusable configurations, test scenarios, demo scripts, and technical documentation.
• →Support automated testing and validation using Playwright or similar tools.
• →Participate in internal demonstrations, technical discussions, and enablement sessions.
• →Manage multiple assignments and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve demo quality.

• Hands-on experience with Lyric, WFN, Global Payroll, Workforce Software, or similar HCM solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience with functional testing, troubleshooting, and defect reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

• Exposure to JavaScript, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, browser developer tools, and application logs.
• Understanding of HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Talent, or Workforce Management processes.
• Familiarity with generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or other AI-enabled tools.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent technical qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.
