• →Clean and sanitize amenity spaces, lobbies, and common areas.
• →Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• →Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot clean floors, carpets, and entryways.
• →Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• →Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, fixtures, windowsills, and high-touch points such as door handles and light switches.
• →Clean interior glass, mirrors, and partitions.
• →Safely use, store, and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• →Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards promptly.
• →Follow all company policies, building security procedures, and confidentiality expectations in client or office spaces.

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred though willingness to learn is valued; Some experience necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned areas.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 6:00am start.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Experience operating commercial equipment such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, or carpet extractors.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift.
  
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
  
• Ability to push and operate cleaning carts and equipment.
• Comfort working with standard commercial cleaning products.
