Responsibilities

→Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
→Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
→Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
→Manage the customer onboarding process to Conservice ESG platform and oversee ongoing maintenance
→Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
→Work with Goby's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders (e.g., external or internal consulting or similar corporate roles with a mix of day-to-day operations and time-bound project experiences is preferable)
Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience and strong ability working across functions and seniority levels.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analytics and management utilizing Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or various integrations (e.g., Sheets, Salesforce, AWS)
Experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
Understanding of SaaS business model
Ability to learn and assess customer data related needs utilizing various process methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar analytical frameworks

Experience with SQL and/or Python
An interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives
