Goodwin Living VIRTUAL Job Fair (via ZOOM) for Home Care PCAs and CNAs

Date: Wednesday, November 11, 2026

Time: 2pm-4pm

Would you like to work at Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads? Do you have an interest in any of the following Home Care positions?

Full-Time Day CNA- 75 Hours (Two positions available)12-hour shifts: 7am-7pm, Must be available to work every other weekend.

Valid Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certificate of completion.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; we are open to knew PCA grads if we can train
Active CPR certification.
Must have a personal smartphone that can run the required EMR mobile app used for home care clocking in/out, documentation, and scheduling.
Must have reliable transportation to work on any Goodwin Living campus or travel to clients in the community and must maintain a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
Must have the ability to speak, read and write English.

Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing
Current CPR license

At least one year of CNA experience, we are open to new grads if you can be trained
Must be able to work at any of our three campuses, including the community (Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington)
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance

We will be conducting interviews on-site for candidates who meet the qualifications of our current positions. Please note that you are not guaranteed the ability to interview unless you meet these qualifications. Please also note that if you have been interviewed and previously been denied a position before, there is also no guarantee you will get a follow-up interview.
