You’ll translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant content that supports healthcare professionals and other stakeholders. Working closely with Regulatory, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, Compliance, and cross-functional partners, you’ll help ensure consistency across medical communications and product information. You’ll also build scalable processes, oversee content governance, and turn medical inquiry trends into actionable insights. This remote opportunity offers the chance to shape and grow essential Medical Affairs capabilities within a commercial-stage pharmaceutical environment.

  • Support the design and implementation of Medical Affairs learning and development strategies, particularly for Field Medical teams.

  • Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and other Medical Affairs colleagues on disease states, product information, scientific data, medical inquiry processes, and approved medical resources.

  • Partner with Medical Directors and Field Medical leadership to identify training needs based on emerging scientific evidence, field insights, medical inquiries, and changes to product information.

  • Create, maintain, and update training materials and core scientific content, ensuring accuracy, balance, appropriate referencing, and alignment with approved product information and Medical Affairs strategy.

  • Support training and preparation for product launches, clinical data readouts, major medical congresses, publications, and other significant scientific milestones.

  • Coordinate external training vendors, speakers, and subject-matter experts as needed, and support documentation and tracking of required training activities.

  • Monitor relevant scientific publications, congress presentations, treatment guidelines, and emerging data within the therapeutic area.

  • Own day-to-day Medical Information operations for marketed products, serving as the primary point of contact for medical information requests.

  • Ensure unsolicited medical inquiries receive timely, accurate, balanced, and scientifically robust responses.

  • Translate complex clinical and scientific evidence into clear, compliant medical information materials for internal and external audiences.

  • Lead the development, review, maintenance, and governance of standardized responses and resources for frequently asked medical questions.

  • Establish and maintain workflows, systems, documentation practices, and service standards in line with company policies, applicable regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

  • Manage external Medical Information service providers, content development partners, and technology platforms where applicable.

  • Analyze inquiry trends to identify emerging questions, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for proactive content development.

  • Develop metrics and dashboards to track Medical Information activities and report insights to Medical Affairs leadership.

  • Partner with Pharmacovigilance and Safety teams to identify, document, and appropriately escalate adverse events and other safety-related information.

  • Maintain a comprehensive library of approved medical information resources and supporting scientific references, ensuring content remains current as clinical, regulatory, publication, and safety information evolves.

  • Support Medical Information activities at scientific and medical congresses, maintain inspection readiness, and ensure appropriate documentation.

  • Participate in cross-functional product and launch-readiness planning as the Medical Information subject-matter expert.

  • Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Regulatory, Clinical Development, Safety, Commercial, Legal, and Compliance to ensure consistent and appropriate communication of approved medical and scientific information.
