Join a fast-growing technology environment where AI is transforming how go-to-market teams generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize intelligent, agent-driven workflows that automate prospecting, personalize outbound campaigns, and improve sales productivity. You will develop a shared knowledge infrastructure that enables AI agents to support Marketing, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Executives (AEs) more effectively. Working at the intersection of AI, data, automation, and revenue operations, you will turn emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on builder role that values experimentation, creativity, and rapid execution over traditional career paths. You will have the opportunity to shape an evolving discipline, test new approaches, and directly influence pipeline generation, team efficiency, and revenue performance.

  • Design, build, and continuously optimize automated outbound campaigns using AI agents and intelligent workflows to personalize prospecting at scale.

  • Partner with Marketing and go-to-market teams to develop end-to-end pipeline generation systems covering prospecting logic, data enrichment, sequencing, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain a shared knowledge and context layer that enables AI agents across Marketing, BDR, and AE teams to access relevant information and deliver more accurate, effective outputs.

  • Develop automations that improve sales productivity, including automated prospect research, meeting preparation, call briefings, and follow-up workflows that increase meaningful sales activity.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, including email open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated, using insights to prioritize experiments and improve results.

  • Collaborate with BDR leadership, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align automated outreach with target audiences, campaign objectives, and the buyer journey while complementing human-led engagement.

  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain the tools and technologies required to scale AI-powered go-to-market operations, including Clay, AI coding agents, data enrichment providers, and sales engagement platforms.

  • Establish quality standards for AI-generated content, data flows, automation reliability, and reporting to ensure scalable and consistent execution.

  • Experiment with emerging AI technologies, identify opportunities for new agent-driven workflows, and rapidly test, measure, and refine solutions based on performance data.

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions or automated workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Clay, or comparable technologies. Candidates should be able to showcase projects they have built, particularly solutions that go beyond basic templates or simple automation.

  • Experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, with practical knowledge of workflow automation and go-to-market processes.

  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to design experiments, evaluate results, interpret performance metrics, and iterate quickly based on evidence.

  • Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to create effective prompts, messaging templates, instructions, and reusable frameworks that enable AI agents to communicate accurately and consistently.

  • Strong initiative and a builder mindset, with the ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and deliver working systems without relying on established playbooks.

  • Adaptability and a strong learning orientation, with the ability to master new technologies quickly and operate effectively in a rapidly evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Systems-thinking skills, including the ability to connect individual automations into broader workflows and design reusable, scalable solutions with shared context.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with BDRs, AEs, Marketing, and Operations teams to align automated processes with business objectives.

  • Operational discipline and attention to detail when managing AI outputs, data quality, workflow reliability, and performance reporting.

  • Nice to have:

    • Strong understanding of B2B outbound sales, including prospecting, sequencing, data enrichment, intent signals, and pipeline measurement.

    • Practical coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, particularly for connecting APIs, manipulating data, debugging integrations, and building custom automations.

    • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.

    • Experience with data enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Clearbit, and intent data platforms such as UserGems, Bombora, or 6sense.

    • Experience designing multi-step AI agent workflows, integrating AI tools into operational processes, or building reusable automation frameworks.

    • A portfolio of personal, open-source, or professional projects demonstrating curiosity, experimentation, and the ability to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions.
