The Role

The Director of Finance, G&A will serve as the primary finance business partner to Presidio’s corporate functional leaders, providing financial leadership, decision support, and actionable insights across the G&A organization. This role will lead planning, forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation for corporate functions while building strong partnerships that connect functional priorities to enterprise financial objectives. The Director will also champion automation, scalable reporting, and data-driven processes that improve forecast accuracy, increase transparency, streamline recurring activities, and enable functional leaders to make timely, informed decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the lead finance business partner to G&A functional leaders, developing a deep understanding of their priorities, operating drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecasting for corporate functions.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop business cases, evaluate investments, establish measurable outcomes, and track performance against approved plans.
• Deliver concise executive reporting on spending and headcount performance, including trends, variances, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to support functional decision-making.
• Champion automation of planning, reporting, and analytical workflows to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, system integration, cost-center governance, and reporting consistency.
• Advance self-service reporting and dashboard capabilities using financial systems, enterprise data sources, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance team members while fostering a culture of business partnership, continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and ownership.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field, including meaningful leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior functional leaders in G&A areas such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Finance, Marketing, or other corporate functions.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and headcount and operating expense management.
• Proven ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear insights and practical recommendations for executive stakeholders.
• Experience improving and automating finance processes, reporting, and decision-support tools in a complex organization.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise financial systems, planning platforms, and business intelligence tools.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, critical thinking, and team leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Experience leading finance support through organizational change, functional transformation, or operating model redesign.

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

• MBA, master’s degree, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential.
• Experience in the technology, managed services, or SaaS industry.
• Experience with D365, OneStream, Salesforce, Power BI, enterprise data warehouses, or comparable platforms.
• Track record of designing scalable self-service reporting, standardized planning models, and automated workflows for corporate functions.
