$20–$30 per hour | Seasonal Full-Time Position

Help us spread holiday cheer this season! Firman Irrigation and Tree Service is expanding our team for Christmas light installations and looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.

This is a seasonal, full-time position running through the end of December, with the opportunity to be part of a team bringing holiday lights to homes and businesses throughout Northern Michigan.

What You'll Do

Install holiday lighting and decorations on residential and commercial properties.
Assist with setup, installation, and removal of equipment as needed.
Work with your crew to complete installations according to project specifications.
Handle lighting materials and equipment while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite.

What We're Looking For

Dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
Able to perform physical work throughout the day.
Willing to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Experience operating aerial lifts or working with lift equipment is a plus and may qualify candidates for higher starting pay.
