Maintenance Manager - Livonia Area

• →Train technicians and support continuous improvement on the plant floor.
• →Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
• →Assign work orders to maintenance technicians and follow up on completion.
• →Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs to limit downtime.
• →Manage spare parts inventory and order supplies within budget.
• →Enforce safety rules and lockout tagout procedures in the maintenance area.
• →Track maintenance metrics such as uptime, response time, and repair costs.
• →Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs and projects.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills under production pressure.
• Five or more years in industrial maintenance, including supervisory experience.

• Certification in maintenance and reliability such as CMRP.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or total productive maintenance.
• PLC and controls troubleshooting experience.
• Formal training in predictive maintenance methods such as vibration analysis.
• Associate or bachelor degree in engineering or industrial technology.
