Assistant Branch Manager

F&M Trust is seeking an experienced banking professional to join us as an Assistant Community Office Manager (ACOM). In this leadership role, you will partner with the Community Office Manager to support branch operations, coach team members, develop customer relationships, and help achieve sales and service goals.

This position is ideal for a customer-focused leader who enjoys developing employees, building relationships within the community, and helping customers identify financial solutions that fit their needs.

Mont Alto, Pennsylvania

As an Assistant Community Office Manager, you will help create a positive and service-driven banking environment by:

• →Assisting with the leadership and daily operations of the Mont Alto office
• →Coaching and supporting Financial Services Representatives to achieve individual and team goals
• →Building relationships with new and existing customers
• →Opening consumer and business deposit accounts
• →Processing and managing consumer loan applications
• →Identifying opportunities to refer customers to additional banking products and services
• →Supporting branch sales initiatives and business development efforts
• →Ensuring operational, security, and compliance standards are maintained
• →Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction
• →Serving as a key resource and leader when the Community Office Manager is unavailable

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous sales or relationship-building experience
• Prior leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and influence others in a team environment
• Commitment to outstanding customer service

• Banking or financial services experience
• Retail banking operations experience
• Consumer lending experience
• Experience opening deposit accounts and recommending financial products
• Branch management or assistant branch management experience
