Systems Engineer Multiple Levels (cleared)

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires:

• Systems Engineer - a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.
• Advanced Systems Engineer - a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 3 years relevant experience.
• Senior Advanced Systems Engineer - a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 years relevant experience.

 

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.  Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

 

As a Systems Engineer, working with custom software built in-house, for our Cyber group, you’ll be amember of a cross functional team responsible for developing mission critical NSA-certifiedCybersecurity devices in a rapidly growing product line. You’ll be working at the cutting edge ofCybersecurity and high-speed data.

• Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Full Stack experience
• Extensive experience with DOORs
• Long development lifecycle and product lifespans, requiring maintenance and regular technology refresh
• Requirements Analysis and Management
• Functional Analysis, performance analysis, and Systems design
• Trade Studies
• System integration and testing

• Linux
• Networking experience including Layer 2 and Layer 3
• Experience working in a fast-paced product development environment

 

• Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope.
• Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute.
• Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can providetechnical direction and leadership.
• Ability to write CONOPS, Specifications or Requirements and derive into software design, code,test plans, and then execute Systems level testing/debugging.
• Proficiency with Systems and Test tools supporting testing in a lab environment.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
