As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service in Fairfax, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This primarily driving role requires a valid driver’s license. • →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• →Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and provide directions or assistance to patients and visitors.
• →Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and appropriate site personnel.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
